Easy Cookies and Cream Fudge

Hello all! I wanted to share this super easy fudge recipe with you. I have never made fudge before so I just assumed it was hard but this recipe is SUPER easy. Only 3 ingredients! These are a new favorite in our house.

All you need is 3 cups of Oreos broken and chopped, 18oz white baking chocolate and a 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk.

Start out by crushing Oreos until you get 3 cups. I put mine in a gallon size zip lock bag and with a meat mallet gently crushed the cookies. I still wanted some good size chunks in my fudge.

Put the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan on low heat, stir frequently until melted and smooth. Make sure not to be crushing the cookies with your 4 year old instead of stirring, like I did for my first batch. Because it WILL burn.

After it is all blended and smooth add the Oreos.

Line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the pan and smooth out.

Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set. Then pull the entire block out of the pan and slice.

Told you it was super easy! Good luck and Enjoy!

Kids are back in school today so I have no excuses to get the house cleaned up and Christmas put away. Wish me luck!

When do you take down all of your Christmas decor?
