Summer Drink Station

I can't believe the 4th of July is in one week! Where did June go?!? We will be traveling to visit family for the 4th but I couldn't resist putting a drink station together. This would work for any outdoor party, you could just change up the colors to fit your theme.

I have the Drinks banner and star garland available in my Etsy Shop. I love the fun color it adds and it really designates the area.

I tried to use what I had on hand. Straws and buckets I have collected from the Target Dollar spot, mason jars my Mom had in her basement and a tray I have used for years.

The lanterns I usually have on my mantle and the American flags I pull out for all the summer holidays. I found the wood shelf in my basement to lift up the drink dispenser. I like finding random things to lift up the drink dispensers. I have seen people use boxes, pots, flower pots, books(but I would worry they would get wet) and wood blocks. Their are so many items you could use that you probably have laying around the house. You could cover wood blocks with a plastic table cloth or a favorite fabric.

This may sound crazy but I have never had lemon water, I am surprised how much I like it. It is my new summer drink. I found this drink dispenser at the Goodwill and just spray painted the top to match the other red things we have on your back patio.

My second drink dispenser has limes in it and I would not recommend lime water. Not so good. Plus they sink, which is weird. Next time I will try cucumbers for some color and flavor.

So have fun setting up your drink station with whatever your favorite beverages are. I am considering a Mojito bar for your backyard party next month. But I still need to work out how that would work.

Have you set up a drink station before? What worked and what did not?

Have a wonderful weekend!

Tammy, I love your drink station!! I am a big fan of them, especially in an outdoor space in the summer! I love you dolled yours up in red, white and blue, so festive and fun….and I'm inspired by how you shopped your house to pull it all together!!

Tammy, your drink station is amazing! I love spending time in the backyard over the summer and I would love it even more if I had a fun, colorful drink station like this set up. Love the banner and garland so much and I'm always a sucker for those striped straws. Thanks so much for linking up to Best of the Nest!
